This course comprises two parts. Part one will provide a comprehensive and systematic presentation of this interesting treatment alternative in the perspective of current standards. Along with the general differences of labial and lingual treatment approaches, fundamental aspects of state-of-the-art lingual mechanotherapy will be addressed. Treatment sequences that are typically lingual, such as indirect bonding and rebonding will be discussed, together with efficient mechanics for levelling and aligning, the bite correction stage, and finishing.
Part two will provide the participants with practical management of the lingual appliance in form of a hands on typodont course.
The full course as a whole (part 1&2) is a true and full illustration of the state of the art in the lingual technique and will provide the participant with a certification for the use of the WIN system.
For Part two the number of participants will be limited and admission is given on a first-come. For Part one there is no limitations in the number of participants.
